What does Ultra Bone-Up® do?

Ultra Bone-Up^® combines Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite (MCHA) (from free-range Australian calves) with vitamin K2 as MK-7 (a more bioavailable form of vitamin K) and vitamin D3 to support the deposition of calcium into the bones as well as to assist in building up the organic bone matrix.* Also added are the nutrients potassium citrate, glucosamine, SDG lignans from flaxseed, methylcobalamin (an active coenzyme form of B12) and curcumin for optimal osteo support.*

Health Claim: In conjunction with regular, weight bearing exercise and a healthy diet, calcium helps teen and young adult women build bone mass and maintain bone health, and may reduce their risk of osteoporosis later in life.* Daily calcium intake above 2,000 mg is not likely to provide additional benefit. Suggested Usage

Take 6 tablets per day with meals, preferably 2 per meal, to facilitate maximum absorption, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
