What does Green Tea do?

Jarrow FORMULAS® Green Tea 500 is water extracted and consists of 50% polyphenols, including 30% catechins, approximately 15% of which is the important EGCG fraction. The polyphenols in green tea are potent antioxidants and support cardiovascular and immune health.*

Suggested Usage

Take 1 capsule per day with food, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

NOTE: 1 capsule provides approximately 40 mg of caffeine.
If you have a medical condition (especially hypertension or cardiovascular abnormalities), are pregnant, lactating, or trying to conceive, are under the age of 18, or are taking medications (especially hypertensive or cardiac), consult your health care practitioner before using this product.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.
