What does Gentle Fibers™ do?

Gentle Fibers™ provides:

• Dietary fibers preferred by Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria for fermentation and replication, which encourage healthy intestinal microflora balance.*
• A spectrum of naturally occurring flavonoids: hesperidin, naringen, limocitrol and others.
• Both soluble and insoluble fibers for bowel function and glycemic balance:*
• Insoluble: Cellulose and Hemicellulose
• Soluble: Pectin and Mucilage
• Lignans from flax seed meal. Lignans have been shown to support healthy cell replication and cardiovascular function.*
• IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate), from rice bran, promotes normal cell replication and provides cell protection.*

Bitter flavor notes of Gentle Fibers™ are due to the flavonoids from citrus fruits. These flavonoids are powerful antioxidants providing beneficial effects on anti-inflammatory pathways and the body’s detoxification mechanisms.*

For best increase in intestinal friendly flora, take Gentle Fibers™ with Jarro-Dophilus® or Bifidus Balance™.

Suggested Usage

Stir 2 tablespoons vigorously into a full glass of water or juice until dispersed completely. If allowed to stand, the drink mix will thicken. Drink with plenty of water.

Note: Packaged with desiccant. DO NOT eat or swallow the desiccant. Do not use this product within one hour of taking multi-vitamin/mineral supplements or medications. People allergic to citrus should not use this product.

30% Rice Bran
- in cellulose and hemicellulose.
30% Orange Pulp and Peel - Rich in pectin and the
bioflavonoid hesperidin.
6% Grapefruit and - in pectin and the bioflavonoid naringen.
3% Lemon Peel
- Rich in pectin and the bioflavonoid limocitrol.

No wheat, no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no nuts/tree nuts.

To maintain freshness, product should be kept refrigerated, particularly after opening.
