Multi 1-to-3 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great balance with highly bioavailable forms This is one of the most balanced and high quality multis on the market (in terms of bioavailable forms of nutrients). I also like that a full serving is three pills, so I can take one with each meal and keep my nutrient levels even throughout the day, rather than one big surge once a day which limits uptake. There's one big problem and one minor problem with this Jarrow multi. The big problem is that it uses magnesium oxide, which is much less absorbable than magnesium citrate or other similar forms. This is a major inconsistency considering that every other nutrient in this multi is at a top standard of bioavailability, on par with Biotics Research and Thorne multis. The minor problem is that it contains no Vitamin K1. Many people get enough K1 in the diet, so that's why this is only a minor oversight. Cost-wise, it is a good value for the price as it is less expensive but comparable in quality to the Biotics Research and Thorne multis. Jarrow should consider selling this in a 270 or 300 tablet container, which would cut down the cost even a little more and save the hassle of having to buy so many bottles at a time. If this Jarrow multi used magnesium citrate and contained about 30-40% Vitamin K1, it would be the perfect multi.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vitamins I've been taking these consistently since the early Eighties and I feel like they're a big part of how I feel day to day. I highly recommend them!
