What does DMAE do?
DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) is naturally occurring in some foods such as sardines and anchovies. It is a precursor to choline, which is the precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in cognition and memory.* DMAE helps: - Improve attention and focus*

Suggested Usage
